Professional Judgement Pilot

In our report Hitting The Target, Missing The Point we argue for probation to be freed from the over-regulation that has stifled effective practice for so long. A Professional Judgement Pilot, to test a relaxation of the rules and allow staff the freedom to focus their work in the most efficient and effective ways, has been run in Surrey and Sussex. Trust Chair John Steele spoke about the pilot in the Autumn 2010 edition of our Interface magazine. Find out more in the following video:
