The May 2010 Update features a detailed report on a trust
finance event, including Michael Spurr's comments on his inability
to deliver year-end financial flexibility for trusts. There is also
a report on an Association seminar on local scrutiny arrangements
for trusts and a reminder that places are still available at a
conference to launch a Local Partnership Development Strategy for
trusts.
