Mark Ormerod, Chief Executive

Runs the Association, ensuring delivery of its business plans. Principal adviser to the Council and Board of Directors, secretary of the employers' side of the National Negotiating Council and the Standing Committee for Chief Officer Grades.

Norma Beechey, Employment and HR Manager

Manages the Association's internal Human Resources and provides HR advice and support to members.

Mike Caldwell, Governance Services Manager

Provides advice and guidance to trusts on their governance responsibilities and represents their interests to the Ministry of Justice.

 

Lynne Last, Employment and Reward Manager

Advises trusts on their employer functions, represents their interests to the Ministry of Justice and leads on negotiations through national collective bargaining with the trades unions on pay and conditions for the 21,000 probation staff nationally.

Ian Fox, Policy Development and Business Capability Manager

Responsible for shaping Association policy and working with stakeholders to develop shared initiatives.

Duncan Gaskell, Accountant

Responsible for the Association's financial systems and for providing financial advice to Council, Board of Directors and chief executive.

Neil Lampert, Public Relations and Communications Manager

Responsible for raising the Association's profile, managing communications with stakeholders and improving communications with members.

Nigel Spencer, Projects Manager

Currently leading for the Association on the National Offender Management Service's Offender Engagement Project, Specification Benchmarking and Costings (SBC) and Future Options Round Table (FORT).

Jo Whyte, Secretary to the Council and Board of Directors

Manages the Association's internal business, servicing its Council and Board of Directors and ensuring it complies with legislation and regulatory and constitutional requirements.
